Blooming Panic

I got Xyx's bad ending the first playthrough, and I'm not gonna lie, I cried for 2 hours. This is a super amazing game. All the routes were roller coasters of emotion and each ending either made me insanely happy or very depressed. I haven't encountered a game that can invoke that much emotion from me in a long time. I'm really sad this is over but I'm super excited to see what else you come up with in the future. Keep up the fantastic work! 

The game is wonderful, everything is so immersive, as if you were really inside that reality. I was so sad when it ended, I will miss the conversations </3 haha

Quest <3

Now that I've had this game for two months with endless plays and deep-diving into character's backstories I feel as though I can finally put some of my thoughts into words. I saw this game by chance on Tumblr by seeing a mutual live-blog their play through of it and I was instantly hooked (this is just like discord for real). At first, I didn't know (HELP IT POSTED WHEN I HADN'T FINISHED TYPING I'M SO SORRY) how much these characters were going to mean to me and I'm grateful for going into this game somewhat blind. The way the stories of all the characters are so unique and are so realistic makes me look at the world in a new way. I have been going through some things recently and I'm incredibly lucky to have such a well-rounded game to help escape for a little while every now and then. Not only this game, but the community itself has been so welcoming to anyone and everyone which is reflective of what you all have achieved.

To every single one of you who had input on this game, you are so talented and I am so grateful for all your hard work and long hours. You all deserve the recognition you receive and I cannot wait to see how far you will all go. Much love and appreciation to you all~

I loved that game so much that, after completing xyx route, I just couldn't even try to romance the others.. It is just so well done ! Thanks for rhis amazing games !

this doesn't feel like a free game; it's so well done and all the characters are fleshed out  - the devs are insane to make this game. they didn't even have to add voice lines BUT THEY DID ! And it even made the game better than it is ! All of the characters, even the NPCs, are so relatable and real that it feels like you're just talking to your online friends on discord. And fandom culture in chatrooms and forums is evident,, the discourse, sharing of fanarts and fangirling - so realistic !

thank you so much for making this game ! it really got me through some rough times, and i applaud you for making the save system have 9 tabs instead of just 3 save slots. that was a necessity i didn't know i needed ^^;

finally got around to making an account to leave this comment! i just wanna thank blooming panic and robo for its existence. this game has quite literally and allegorically taken me places, and i don't think i'll ever find something like this to be enthused about for a very long time. blooming panic has cultivated so many unique experiences and feelings for me, and i'm eternally grateful to have met so many amazing people because of this game. also nightowl skrungle 

Thank you for creating this wonderful game. It helped me through my worst times. I just love how the characters are so vivid and realistic. I love how relatable the love interests are and how that connection leads to either the good ending or the bad ending. (I can relate heavily to Nightowl, so his route was actually the easiest, while xyx's route was the hardest since he requires a boost in his ego and I am terrible at that), I also (painstakingly) adore how the bad endings appear to be so natural. We don't need to choose the wrong things on purpose, it just....happens. xyx's bad ending broke my heart and I replayed it another 3 times before finally giving up and searching for a walkthrough. My favorite is Nightowl's route, since not only can I heavily relate, he is also the type to think things more positive than negative (ray of sunshine).

Thank you for making this game, I will never cease to be astounded by your works.

i love this game!! i felt like i was in an actual server and everyone (Except societyboy, i would say "fuck that guy" but who would) is amazing and honestly?? 10/10 characters. I would love to learn more about the other characters though, the non dateable ones that is! 

overall, lovely game, you guys deserve all the support you get!! >:D

I played all routes and all endings and may I just say: I LOVE this game. First of all, I'm going to start off by saying that so much of what was done is so accurate to smaller Discord servers. There were many scenes where I found myself giggling over the arguments because it's so similar to fandom fights I've witnessed in smaller fandom servers, specifically ones involving fictional content. The characters all had personalities and stories of their own, the music was incredible, and even the "true end" had me smiling in happiness. I love how there are extensions of both the bad and good ends written under the bonus as well; it's so telling that the creators of this game really put great effort and care into everything you could do. Great job!

I really enjoyed this game. At first I was hesitant to download it but I am so glad that I did. Quest is my favourite route. I really love his story and his character. I was literally smiling like an idiot throughout his calls. His route did feel shorter than the rest though, and I am not sure if this is because I enjoyed it so much, that I did not want it to end! Even his bonus story was amazing! Naked Toaster was a close second for me. He seemed like a very realistic character. There is one phrase that he says a few times though, that I did not like. Even though he meant it as a joke, I still feel like it takes away from his appeal. Other than that, Nightowl and xyx had very cute stories, both routes getting pretty deep at times which added something special to them. There were alight. Quest is definitely the star of the show though. I would love a part 2 just for him! <3

I found this game yesterday and immediately fell in love with it!!<3 Blooming panic has such an amazing writing and cool aesthetic, +EVERY character is so lovable, (especially Quest pls let me be your discord kitten nya!!!) I feel so blessed that I’m somehow lucky enough to find this absolute masterpiece and would 10/10 recommend it to everyone that’s into dating-sim/VN! I'm begging u guys PLEASE play it ＿|￣|○

Story is great, beautiful artstyle , voice acting just GORGEOUS. Characters made me want to be a part of a community like that of a Bloomic =D This VN made me feel such wide spectrum of emotions that I ALMOST regret finishing all of the routes in one evening. All of the people who was creating this game did a marvelous job and I hope to see more VN from your team in the future. Keep up the good work!

Um. the warnings for this game do not mention alcohol abuse. A character becomes intoxicated and has an intense meltdown that you are both witness to and directly involved in. Said character is implied to drink heavily when they are really stressed, and has some mental health issues that aren't addressed in a way that is satisfying. Just in case there's anyone else out there who might benefit from knowing this. 

i love this vn sm. its so realistic in the ways people talk and xyx is the most charming love interest inside a dating sim ive ever seen. incredibly well written, well drawn, well coded, and well received by me! a great game! <3

I started playing on the otome jam version before finding the updated version and I had a lot of fun! Each love interests were lovely, and my favorite would be xyx according to personality and route story so far. I love the voices for each love interests and even the side characters in the chat along with the interactions amongst everyone. Each route have its own theme and I love the little interactions outside of the game and the cameos. 

I look forward to any new games that you made!

i absolutely adore this visual novel! the LIs and other characters feels so real, like you are talking to a real person. Not a lot of visual novels or other games can capture that and I'm so emerged and invested that i'm legit getting flustered with the LIs <333,  laughing with all the jokes and getting emotional (i'm looking at you nightowl :<< ). also the voice acting is amazing! kudos to them! love they way they sounded and that's legit what i'm envisioning them to sound like ;ppp

This game is absolutely life changing and I can't get over how much I love all four LIs! I was blushing, crying, and laughing ALL at the same time. Amazing writing, amazing art, and AMAZING voice acting (i'm lookin at you xyx) <3<3<3 This game may have ruined some other games for me but it's worth it. Definitely looking forward to other games from this creator!!!

Just in case anyone missed it the first play through or so, when the characters type something and there is a little speaker Icon, you can click that and HEAR other voices. All it's done is make me want Onion added to the LI list!

I knew all the hype about this game but hadn't really jumped on board, thinking how good could a game jam game be and I WAS WRONG I APOLOGISE FOR NOT JOINING SOONER THAT WAS THE BEST GAMING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! Seriously all the props to everyone who worked on this, the writing the voice acting the art everything was great wow I'm gonna go have dinner then play again! Thank you for this glorious game, 0 flaws this was amazing

I've only had Blooming Panic in my life for a few days and I'm already obsessed!! Such a great game and it's clear the amount of effort and care that went into creating it!
